Terri Moon Cronk
Sailboat Skipper
Daze Off
Terri grew up sailing in the very waters where her boat lives now, even before it was a marina. A local retired farmer, as close as a grandfather, learned of her interest in boats and taught her sail. This encouragement to a young girl led to her lifelong draw to the water. She loved going out into the Bay with friends, simply playing and having fun on her 16’ wooden Comet. After the Comet was wrecked in a storm, her next boat was another dinghy sailboat, one that she still has to this day. Even after an interlude living in Colorado, she came back to the same waters and picked up boating again, living only blocks from her slip. She has always loved going out on the water and enjoying the peace it brings.
